This section is intended to answer questions you may have about the store and how it works. Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Thursday 8:30am-6pm (EST) and Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm (EST).

Order Confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide. You may also receive other emails about your order. We will not use the email you provide for any other purpose unless you request that we do so.

International
Umbra is an international company, and prices you see in our webstore are those set for your country. Please take a look in the upper left hand corner of this page to ensure that you are shopping in the correct country. Also, be aware that if you live in one country but are shipping to an address in another country, you must click on the "Change Country" link to reflect the address being shipped to.
We regret that we cannot currently take online orders for every country. You are still welcome to explore our wide range of products for every room in the home and find a retailer near you at our Find a Retailer page. Many Umbra retailers will ship locally.
